• What if it does not work for me?

  We all know this is a strategic decision for you to become a Digital Advisor for your clients. It's easier for you to come see what it looks like, and then finalize your decision.

  We set a specific goal for our 1:1 Kickoff Meeting that clarifies "what success looks like" for your organization.

   

• Is it compliant with the CDAP regulations?

  We are not a government agency and we have no affiliation with the government but we can guarantee your plans will be compliant provided that:

  1. You submit plans from the Digital Advisor Platform following our recommendations

  2. You have us review the plans for compliance.

  If we see issues with your plan we will work with you to ensure the plan will meet compliance.

   

• Is there any consultation fee or mandatory onboarding fees?

  No, everything is included in the flat monthly fees

• Do I need to pay a year upfront?

  No. Though Digital Maturity Advisors works in 12-month contracts, the bills are sent monthly by default.

• Who should be part of the program from my company?

  We support three roles in your organization:

  • Pre-Sales Role: inside sales employees are eligible, to speak about the value of the digital services, CDAP and digital transformation with prospects and clients
  • Account Management Role: account managers are eligible to perform lightweight digital advisory services with clients such as Business Improvement Review
  • Digital Advisor Role: advisors that might be not eligible as approved advisors but under your status they can perform the CDAP Proposal

• How secure are my client's Digital Plans?

  We applied very strong cybersecurity standards and you can even strengthen your data with multi-factor authentication. Our data centers are in Amazon Web Servers and your client's reports and data are all encrypted.

  Cloud Servers:

  Our cloud services are based in AWS's data center. These data centers have been audited to SOC 2/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402 standards and meet PCI DSS Level 1 and HIPAA requirements. We are not offering on-premises versions of the product.

  Multi-Factor Authentication:

  Users can use multi-factor authentication to enhance the security of the Digital Advisors Platform.

  Shared Asset Protection:

  Assets from the Digital Advisor Platform can be shared with a 24 digit randomized token for security. The report activities can be monitored and the access can be revoked at any time.

  3. Digital Maturity Advisor's Framework, Software, Education, and Certification helps CDAP Digital Advisors to deliver services but is not a requirement to become or operate as a CDAP Digital Advisor.

  We have trained, and certified Digital Advisors all over the world.

  After going through the Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP) Program, we were able to customize the program to satisfy the CDAP compliance and get the product to market quickly.

  The program paces all the deliverables including you going to clients and performing activities. 

  Modular Structure:

  The program is divided into a 7-day jumpstart process.

  1. Day 1. Overview of the CDAP Digital Adoption Planning Program
  2. Day 2. Promote CDAP and Create a CDAP Digital Adoption Plan Proposal
  3. Day 3. Kickoff the Process and Assess the Client
  4. Day 4. Create an Action Plan for the Client
  5. Day 5. Create Digital Solution Project Plans
  6. Day 6. Create a Digital Strategy Plan
  7. Day 7. Wrap all and Submit to the Government

  Never get behind:

  Each module has an on-demand course supported by the weekly live workshops.

  We believe in learning by doing:

  You get in front of your clients on Day 3 with a proposal template.

  Time commitment:

  In general, if you join the 60-minute Weekly Workshops and you add 90-minutes work every week, then you can complete all the boxes in 7 days. Some members can dedicate more time and progress faster, while some put modules on pause and come back later. It's all up to you.
